Whats up...

Sorry, that was a lame intro....Anywho, my life has been pretty interesting lately. I won a flute competition, and I started an indoor soccer league. So those are the up points in my life....Indoor soccer ROCKS!!! When I got home the first night after playing my first game, I was dancing around the house, cause I love soccer that much. Espacially indoor soccer!! But indoor soccer won't take me away from the awesomeness of playing regular soccer under the open sky. Thursday was sweeet cause it snowed and I played in the snow,made snow angels, had a snowball fight with my sibs and best of all I played(who would have guessed?) soccer! Yep, I played soccer in the slippery, wet, white-ness(oh my goodness, I forgot how to spell white for a couple of minutes!!!) I played with Jessie and we slid everywhere and kept on falling down while trying to dribble the ball. It was the best! hehe....

Six weird things about me:

1. My first name is really not Grace it is Astrid. So my real name is Astrid Grace ______. Astrid is the name of a Norwegian queen martyred for her faith. The reason I go by Grace is because whenever I tell people my name is Astrid they look at me weird and say..."Astro what?" yeah...

2. I have a hoodie that says "Hug Me Not a Tree". But the truth is I really can't stand it when Hana or William come up to me and pounce on me and give me smothering hugs. I don't really like it when anybody gives me a smothering hug. Because....well, they smother me...... And Hana has picked up on that so she occasionally yells. "Group Hug!" and that is the signal for me to run for my life. Now, don't get me wrong, I like certain types of hugs...But enough said, on to the next topic.

3. I love soundtracks!!! I wish they had a radio station with only soundtracks of movies on it. Including the songs with words during the credits, those make the movie in my opinion.

4. I am both artsy and sportsy(is sportsy a word?) I want to minor in Music Education in College, but I also want to Major in either Athletic Trainning, or P.E. Teacher and Coach....

5. I have a very big pet peeve with Hana poking me or hitting me on the head whenever she walks past me and I am sitting at the computor trying to type up a Xanga post......arrrgh...sisters...

6. I like to eat weird stuff......hehe..okay, ready for the list? Baby food, dog food, chicken feet, fried meal worms, ANTchilada, grasshoppers in stir fry, bug cookies, and lots of other cooked insects.....grossed out yet? Well, I'll stop for the sake of your stomache....

Today I have officially lived a decade and a half!!!! woopee! :)

In other words, Today is my 15th birthday! World of driving, Here I come!!

Hey!

I am back from Boston. The car ride down was 16 hours and thus it was hilariously droll at times and horribly dull at other times..... We finally got to my grandparents very cute house right on a rocky peninsula that jutted into an immense sea-lake. The sea-lake is like a big big lake that is salty and runs into the ocean, but the sea-lake has no waves and no sand surrounding it just a bunch of rocks and grass, as you can see in the picture in my background and my profile pic. Phew! that was one long run-on sentance, but I finally managed to stop it..... Well the rocks are awesome places for jumping off and landing in the FRIGID water. I swam once!!!! And let me tell you, only the bravest souls ever survive to come back and tell about the heroic deed of swimming in the ocean in Massachuessets!!! Well, I got to hurry off... I hope that was a good update...
